“The videos are tools that help a lot in the training process, both for our internal sales force and the training of physicians. They help us, in a didactic way, to convey the message that a simple static slide does not allow us. with videos lately, and we developed a very good job with the 3rd Act, which are training videos on current topics for our sales force, where, as it is a new topic, the information needed to be passed on in the best possible way, to that we could engage these employees, since the topic was not very simple and with little known content. The videos, through the tips sent by Daisy and Augusto, were short videos, like pills of knowledge, divided into several modules, where the employees, with 15 minutes in their day, could watch each of the videos. And who doesn’t have 15 minutes? And of course, it’s a set of tools – simple language on the speaker side and technology coming from the video, through short videos, often with images that attract attention and the recipe is to listen, as today, to spontaneously praise the material, coming from a distributor in Costa Rica.”
